Fernando Morales

Fernando considers Impact Management to be the niche in which he can best contribute to this passion. His journey in IMM has taken him from working with small nonprofits in Latin America to collaborating with global funds offering impact private equity and debt in sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean, South America, and Eastern Europe.

Fernando has a history of driving the IMM guidance necessary to navigate pre- and post-investment processes at different funds. He has collaborated with development finance institutions, multilateral banks, foundations, and private investors. He was previously at SEAF, a global nonprofit private equity impact manager, where he led the organization's IMM and ESG management. He has also provided impact and ESG consulting support for Mercy Corps Ventures, a global early-stage impact investor in Latin America and Africa, and for Pomona Impact, an impact investor based in Guatemala.

Fernando has an MSc in International Business with a Specialization in Sustainability from Hult International Business School.
